I got two male baby long haired teddy bear hamsters at the pet store in the same cage (there not from the same litter), when i brought them home I kept them in the same cage. When they reach adult hood will they fight?

If you got them as babies they shouldn’t. They should learn and grow up together, so they wont be territorial. However if you were to add say another one when they reach adulthood you may find that they are territorial.

you should get a big enough cage where you can fit his food and water. lots of toys for him to play with and any other things you want to add for him to have lots of fun. hop i helped =>

I remember reading something about this somewhere before but have been unable to find the article. Will female syrian (teddy bear) hamsters mate with inbred males? My hamster had pups awhile ago (with her brother because she got pregnant at the pet store) and I separated the pups because the males kept trying to mate with the females (and also because syrians are a solitary breed) but the females would always fight the males off, and I was wondering if it’s because the pups were inbred?

No, they’d breed with inbreds, but the females know that the males are their brothers and they think its sick and disgausting.

I’ve had them both (in the same cage) for almost two weeks and right now they get along really well, but I heard that teddy bear hamsters fight till the death in adult hood, so when should i put them in separate cages?

Now. Syrian hamsters are solitary hamsters and need to live alone. They can and will fight. Possibly killing each other.

No.
‘Black bear hamsters’ are syrian hamsters.
Syrians are extremely territorial animals – regardless or sex and relation they WILL fight once they are mature, and one or more of the hamsters will end up dead.

The only reason they are kept together in pet shops is because they are young, immature animals.
Syrian hamsters do not want, need or like company.
Keep them separate :)

He’s always riding her from behind, so he’s not missing in that area, but the female always has a patch of slime and semen on her back, a little above her tail. Is it possible that he’s not fertilizing her? They’ve mated three times.

Also, after the male has ejaculated he freezes COMPLETELY and falls to the side. He usually lays on the side, not moving for 30 seconds. Is that normal?

Possible, sure, and yes that’s normal.
What I would like to know is are you contracted with a pet store to breed hamsters? If not STOP right now and separate them. Most pet stores do not sell hamsters that they get from anyone other than their contracted breeders. Any hamsters acquired from “surprise litters” or other non-professional breeders will often be used or sold for snake food. Sometimes they get sold as laboratory animals. Hamsters can have up to 25 babies in a single litter, too.
There is A LOT of research that needs to be done before you let your hamsters mate.
I STRONGLY urge you to stop letting them mate.

It should be pretty obvious at 14 days old. The female will have two lines of nipples, the males will not. Also, the genitals and anus will be farther apart in males.
