I’ve got 5 baby hamsters that are maybe 2 weeks old. My friend wants one this weekend and i need to know if they’re old enough.
I know its in the wrong thing… it was by accident >.< Sorry guys

You’re asking the wrong list…this list is for birds. And just for the heck of it…as long as the baby hampster is eating and drinking you can give them away. My guinea pigs would start eating about 2 to 3 days after being born and could survive as long as I gave them supplimental milk for a few weeks. Hampsters are a little different since they are born blind. I would wait until they are about 4 weeks. Good Luck :)

noth old enough. Must be at least..8 weeks old. Separated from mother at 3 weeks old. If you give him away this weekend he will get wettail and die. Its not even old enough to be away from its mother.
